1. Price, Availability and Formation of Contract
The prices and other information displayed on this website are an invitation to treat and not an offer for sale. Whilst NIACE endeavours to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. In addition to this, specifications and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Should such situations occur NIACE will contact you with a full explanation and corrected details. NIACE will allow you the opportunity to cancel your order in such circumstances. Prices are payable in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. There will be no binding contract to supply unless or until NIACE accepts your order by despatching it to you.
2. Payment
2.1 Credit/debit card
NIACE accepts payment by credit/debit card (please note that we do not accept payment by American Express). Please Note: If you do not wish to give your credit/debit card details over the Internet, you can place your order and give your payment details over the telephone, by fax or by post.
2.2 Cheque/Postal Order
NIACE accepts payment by cheque/postal order. Cheques should be made payable to NIACE for the full amount of the order
2.3 Invoices
NIACE will invoice organisations for orders of £35.00 and above ($65.00 or €55.00). Such orders must be on official headed paper or accompanied by an official order number. Please Note: NIACE is a charity and requests that invoices are paid on receipt.
3. Delivery
If your order is accepted NIACE will endeavour to despatch your order within 2 weeks of receipt to the specified delivery address unless NIACE notifies you otherwise within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Your credit/debit card will be debited on receipt of your order. Ownership of the goods will pass to you on either payment in full or despatch of the goods, whichever is the later to occur. Risk will pass to you on delivery.
4. Cancellation and Returns
4.1 Under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations") if you are a consumer as defined in the Regulations (as opposed to being a business customer) and are situated in the European Economic Area you may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered and up to 7 working days following the day after the day you receive your order. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and sent to Quick Reads, NIACE, Renaissance House, 20 Princess Road West, Leicester, LE1 6TP giving full order details. Should you wish to return goods in reliance upon the Regulations you must do so at your own expense and the goods must be in new and unused, mint condition. You must return them by recorded delivery with adequate packing and insurance cover within 14 working days of receipt so that NIACE can credit you with the total amount of your order. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt NIACE will credit your credit card (or otherwise refund) the total amount of your order.
4.2 In addition to your rights in clause 4.1 NIACE will accept goods for return within 28 days of receipt by you if:
4.2.1 NIACE sends the wrong goods to you, in which case upon the return of such goods to NIACE, NIACE will (at its option) refund the price to you (including postage costs) or send you the correct goods;
4.2.2 the goods were found to be damaged on receipt in which case upon return of such goods to NIACE, NIACE will (at its option) either replace the goods or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Provided the above conditions are met NIACE will refund the cost of all such returns provided the goods are returned by registered post. The goods which you return remain your property, and at your risk, until NIACE has received them. Please allow 14 days (in addition to delivery time) for NIACE to process the return or refund. Please allow 28 days (in addition to delivery time) for an overseas order.
4.3 Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment.
5. Advance Orders
NIACE accepts advance orders for items that are not yet published. Please note that your account will be debited immediately on receipt of your order.

7. Jurisdiction and Law
Contracts between you and NIACE are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law with English courts having jurisdiction subject to any contrary rights you may have if you are a consumer.__________________________________
